Needs:
- 5×5 foot space with a flat surface
- 3 prong outlet within 25 feet of cart
- Upper floor events will require elevator access
- If inclement weather outdoors, a place to go to be covered
Travel:
- We will travel within 25 miles of 60098.
- Over the 25 miles, there will be a .58 charge per mile

Our Packages
Before booking us, we highly recommend you review your event space to ensure our cart and tables can fit. Please be mindful of ceiling heights, stairs, gates, doors, walkways, or elevators. Measure your intended space to ensure we can fit! Our cart cannot be disassembled for entry. It is difficult for us to spin outside on a humid day and in the rain.
We arrive at least 30 min prior to your event to set up and be ready for your guests. We provide unlimited cones during your event and based on your package- guests can choose the flavor.
Deposit
To save a date with us we require a signed agreement and a deposit of 50% of the event price. The agreements are provided by sweeter by the minute. The remainder balance owed to SBM is due at the time of event. No Exceptions.
Cancellation
The deposit is partially refundable If you need to cancel, please give us a call to see if the event can be rescheduled. If it cannot we will cancel your event. There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee and the remaining deposit will be returned.
Payment
Can be made by business check, cash or credit card. The remainder of the balance is due the day of the event
